but also: imho we should have a workforce of ≈500 people doing this work with frontline staff. i have never been to a care setting and not met frustrated practice/hospital staff. ever. they need more help.

yep. maybe for an enterprise license they will negotiate down to a lower price, but for all the versions that have publicly listed prices: it is more money.
