Does anyone else very regularly have to stop themselves from thinking intrusive thoughts by thinking to yourself "fuck, if they could read minds they'd be so mad at me, I gotta stop", or is it just me

First post on Bluesky, sitting in the plastic surgeons office waiting for a consultation to fix the carpal tunnel in both hands! Taken way too long to get here, wish I'd actually taken action years ago
