Budget Director Russ Vought first wanted to fire thousands of federal workers during the shutdown, now he wants to prevent those furloughed from getting back pay.

He is completely out of control, and this is all totally illegal.

We will not be intimidated by his threats.

Democrats are fighting to stop health care cuts and protect affordable care for millions of Americans.

We’re not backing down from that fight.

Republicans have the power to negotiate, protect healthcare for American citizens, and reopen the govt.

They refuse.

This shutdown happened because Johnson, Thune & Trump refused to come to the table. One party controls the House, Senate & White House. They have the power to keep government open.

If they refuse to negotiate on health care, that’s on them.

Average ACA premiums are about to skyrocket from $888 to $1,904 a month if Republicans get their way.

A 60-year-old couple making $85,000 would be forced to pay $22,600 MORE a year.

Millions will be priced out of care.
