Not a criminal lawyer but my understanding is that it is typical to arraign someone within 24 hours, so they’re not just sitting in jail without seeing a judge. This means he will be in for at least 36 hours or more before arraignment, so that’s interesting. Maybe.
UPDATE: Sherrone Moore remains in custody at a Washtenaw County, Michigan, jail Thursday. The Washtenaw County captain of corrections said no charge information would be released until after his arraignment Friday afternoon.

One thing about Ohio State is that they do not claim any kind of moral superiority. They care about football superiority and don’t pretend otherwise. The likes of Michigan and Notre Dame act like they are better than everyone but it is all just a shield for their lack of football superiority.

Not a great day for the offense. But nothing to be too worried about. Ohio state had their emotional high on Saturday while Indiana had an extra day to prepare. Just head into the playoffs healthy and focused.

This is over the top depravity. Running drugs is not an act of war. It is not punishable by death. It is a crime that requires proof before any punishment. The first strike was illegal. And they went back a second time to kill the random survivors in a broken ass boat.
