I have the same problem. I found these wooden ones with a edge they are heavy and work better. I was going to print some but never remember to design them when I have some time.

I have a BJs and Costco, got the BJs first year cheap to try and keep renewing it. It has smaller quanities and it works more like a regular store than Costco. Its less busy the hot dogs are the same price but no pizza. It's further than Costco for me or I would go there more. I like having both.
