Wow. Avast AV can suck an egg. Turns out it has a built-in network scanner that will do its own pen tests of any network devices it finds. My NAS got really upset with intrusion attempt notices. Hundreds from the IP that had avast on it in under a minute. Didn't need that heart attack.

Going to try and get serious about using these platforms a bit more. Between this, Mastodon and Pixelfed. Not sure where to pitch my main tent, so to speak.
