This is what passes for "protected bike lanes" in Columbus OH. No concrete, just paint, some flimsy plastic, two fingers crossed really hard, and hope. Concrete is SO FUCKING CHEAP, USE IT

The last few plastic bollards on a "protected" bike lane are clearly destroyed, with a few bolts exposed on the ground where the rest of the barrier was ripped out of the it's placement between the bike lane and the car lane.

Bear with me, this 24 seconds was one of the wildest times I've had test riding a repair. 0-15mph in about ten ft, I hit 24mph just past the building. I did not hit maximum speed before getting tf off that thing
