I can see the MA congressional delegation being in favor of this. There are many others across the country who put party, and their own political interests, above country.

I think it would be reasonable to have a constitutional amendment that would exclude convicted felons from holding the highest office.

I could be mistaken, but I don’t believe that there is any law preventing a convicted felon from holding the office of US President.
