How is this interpretation compared to other books like dnd? I'm hoping to get one fallout based and here you are! Might have higher luck than I thought, or perhaps the wild wasteland perk kicked in, who knows!

I was told in school to face it and prove you're not in the wrong, and by running, you look suspicious, so it could have been prevented. Even if that did happen, she could've sued them for it, now she's gone, and for what, nothing.

If she didn't attempt to drive away, she'd be alive, and if the officer didn't shoot her 2 more times, he wouldn't be in trouble, both of them are at fault, come on people, actions have consequences, and now a child has no mother, and a man of the law is at fault, so sad.
