You're mean you're missing facts. The files were under seal by judicial order because investigations were ongoing. The DOJ under Biden honored that and he, unlike Trump, didn't interfere. Files were unsealed in Feb 2025 and although Bondi said they would be released they are still being held back.

They cannot rewrite the Constitution but, very unfortunately, they have the power to interpret it in any way they choose.

There has to be a middle ground between allowing a deranged sociopath to pardon whomever he wants, regardless of circumstances (which is where we are now) and making it excessively difficult to pardon people who actually deserve one.
