I was socially pressured into watching The Batchelor when I worked on the same floor as the marketing team at a big car dealership and have maintained a casual interest. The Golden Batchelor has me hooked this year. Kim seems so lovely!

It’s our last day in Katoomba. It’s been lovely spending time with my oldest mate walking around Everglades today. I love this beautiful human to bits. Everglades is pretty awesome too.

A lovely day in Katoomba today. A cafe breakfast, we watched a happy dog collecting sticks then we played hide and seek at Wentworth Falls lake with The Englishwoman, my dearest friend and her 5yo daughter. The daughter drew this picture of us, apparently I’m the one on the left.

We’re off to Katoomba tomorrow to see my oldest, bestest mate in the world, Jade. We’ve known each other since the BIg Day Out in 1992 and I love her to bits. But I’m sad to leave my cat so he’s sleeping with me and I’m trying not to have a little cry.

Fellow veg/vegans, these are rather good. Even the carnivore of the house says they are ok. Not cheap, however.

Spent some time wrapping the exhaust on my Golf today. Made the slightest bit of difference to the under bonnet temps but made a lot of difference to itchiness and scratchiness on my hands.
