Absolutely is fundamentally broken. Sully wants his team to forecheck. Well our top two lines got the dump part of dump and chase down, now they need players who want to chase not name Cullye, Berard, Rempe, Edstrom Carrick and 70% Trochek. Should be an interesting dynamic with this squad.
This is, of course, the bigger issue. The head coach of the Rangers does not matter because the roster is fundamentally broken, and the guy in charge, well, shouldn't be anywhere near it.
Blame Dolan. He's the symptom that needs to be cured. There is no head coach who can make this team better. Drury is a yes man to Dolan, so while it's easy to blame the LLWS hero, the real issue will always be James Dolan.

#NYR issues are deeper then just firing the head coach. This teams core has run thru 2 head coaches already. If I'm Lavs, Mika and Lindgren are watching a game or 2 from the stands. Just unacceptable hockey vs a divisional rival.

THIS is what was missing against Florida last season. NYR couldn't unlock the neutral zone. They need more puck-movers from the back.
Jones should be in the lineup for good.
