I feel terrible for those athletes involved and hope this is nipped in the bud. Being that intensely sick in a ‘dorm room’ is a whole separate level of hell.

she’s a cheat code, that one. Watched her live a ton when she was playing with the Regina Rebels. Spicy too, pretty much a prerequisite coming from PA 😂

yeah, I first saw that reported yesterday (earlier today their time ⁉️) I’m hoping that it sticks to just the 4 and that they are on the mend. Just brutal, I don’t wish that on any team.

Yeah, not sure how the law works on this down there. Regardless of the outcome, it’s a life lesson that will take him down a peg (or 10). He doesn’t feign humble well, or at least he didn’t when I watched him play in the WHL.

from the snooping I have done, it was a pub, served food and minors and he was out with players and their families. Also rumours that the victim called his mom a very not nice name (especially for a First Nation‘s woman) Still unbelievably stupid, but I want to hear the actual context.

Not condoning anything, but I’m waiting for the rest of the story to come out. Comments I’ve seen elsewhere says the victim called GM’s mother a w*ore. Not too many players would walk away from that…

Direct flights to Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto with AC. I would think that if teams are flying west they would be playing Vancouver and Seattle at the same time. There are direct flights on other airlines between cities but Air Canada is a sponsor. I doubt they would deviate.

I will be pissed if Edmonton doesn’t get a team. We need to balance out the east and west. Plus the fans are there. Right now my closest team is the Frost, a mere 13 hour drive. And I would have to cross the border. Which ain’t happening.

Would having a neighbour that worked on Corner Gas count? Or another neighbour who worked on Quirks and Quarks? I actually could qualify based on the professional hockey player about 4x over 😂 Born and bred here, however, so no need. But I LOVE teaching new Canadians to skate!
