First few weeks of sleepless nights I read a bunch. Last few weeks I’ve caught up on all the tv.. I feel like I caught up on everything and then some. Would be nice to get back to a semi normal sleep schedule🤞

Celebrated my mama’s 80th today with my sisters and their families - 7 grandchildren all came. She was surprised and seemed really glad we remembered.

My friend Frank passed almost 4 years ago. I’m having an issue watching WoT because he would have enjoyed it - he tore thru the series shortly after we met based on a common friend’s recommendation. I was shocked because he was kinda a cool kid type and I just couldn’t imagine him getting into it.

At least when I’m in the office and my watch tells me to move, I can get a decent number of steps by taking a quick walk outside. 1st time in office over a month and it wasn’t terrible.

Start of daylight saving is always the worst. My sleep schedule is a mess anyway but this just makes it worse. 😵💫😖😖

A month ago was the last conversation I had with a woman who meant so very much to me. I still can’t believe I won’t hear her laugh or how she’d add an r to the end of my name. Won’t see her roll her eyes or smile at me. Feeling her loss tonight a little more…. 😢

I wish I’d studied dreams more. I was having a seemingly normal dream than bam! Something unexpected and super jarring happened that startled me awake even. I dislike that. 🤬🤬🤬

Actor Gene Hackman has been found dead along with his wife, Betsy Arakawa, and a dog in their Santa Fe home, the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office said early Thursday.
