Allow all voters to request and return a ballot via email.
If that sounds radical, see attached. It’s already allowed for military and citizens living abroad.

He’s disqualified from the presidency because Colorado Supreme Court found he engaged in #insurrection. SCOTUS said CO had to keep him on ballot. Fine. CO complied. But he’s still an insurrectionist under 14th Amendment. Sec 3 puts burden on Congress to remove disability or he’s disqualified.
