Putting the burden of age verification on the platform puts a target on its back. If states want to regulate child internet access then states should own responsibility for creating and protecting a verification system. People really need to think about what these laws mean logically.

This was the magic of when comics were unbagged on newsstands in grocery stores and gas stations everywhere, and for god's sake, they didn't reset the issue numbers every other year. Jumping in on an issue that grabbed your attention and just having to hang on and catch up with the story was GREAT.
