So just to catch everyone up on what’s been happening in my life: Was having severe neck pain. Turns out I have some joint inflammation in my neck and my neck muscles are too tense and weak.
BUT
No surgery is needed. Gotta start doing some exercises and strengthen my neck and shoulders.
