been leaning on doing Yor, it's been a while!

I've known I need to get out the past 2 years, but it's a lot easier said than done, especially with the current job market.

I've accrued over 100 hours of PTO and I can't use it 🤡

This is the first year in my entire working career, I have no days in the winter off except Christmas off, because if I take 2-3 days off for a mini "winter break" it will impact me negatively.

I'm looking for a new job next year, it's just not sustainable not being able to ever take time off

Today I am paying the price for last week. Work was stressful wish many deadlines, lots of socializing/going out.

Wish I could have like 2-3 days off to just reset myself. No obligations or being overstimulated but aha that’s holiday season for ya

Any of you local yinzers going to any of these? I can’t wait and am HYPED! I’ll see you there!

What do you like to do when you’re feeling down to cheer up? I find taking baths and watching trash comfort shows, trying to sleep earlier, and indulging in a treat to be nice.
