Bishop Mariann Budde's book is sold out on the websites of Amazon, Thriftbooks, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, and Walmart, and I am told it is sold out at many local bookstores as well. Trump may want an apology from her, but it seems a great many people want to hear more from the good Bishop.
