Today I’m fighting with insurance to allow my preferred form of HRT… gel vs pill. My body adjusts better to gel but my insurance would like me to ‘settle’ for using a pill. They don’t know my symptoms , they’ve never asked. Hating the American health insurance system :( stuck paying out of pocket
