Or what about apps that would offer meals and baby sitting in a community setting. Elementary schools might offer it when kids go to prek or kindergarten. Parents would sign up and could anonymously indicate they need help. The school would then arrange for the meals or the babysitting or help.

What would that take? You’d need to guard against adverse selection, but it seems like Dems and GOP would like the idea. And with all the deference to religion right now you could probably get a lot of flexibility
