Is there another location nearby? Sometimes the OTF staff is hit or miss… I used to bounce between 2 different ones too. Hope you like Solid Core.. it’s very challenging but definitely will give you the strongest results 💪🏾

Solid Core is really hard, and too many “rules” in the poses… but, the results afterwards are the greatest. I love OTF though.

For sure. I don’t mind being online but to be doing extensive work during this time like it’s an emergency, should not be expected this week. Currently dealing with this now. 😓
