Can he buy a gun? Maybe i am wrong, but i always thought it doesn't take away the guilty verdict , it would just take away the some of the consequences.. so the felony would still stand??

That is a ridiculous take, it's not just TikTok, if you truly believe this then all socials, apps, and even our phones are a threat..
