I finally took the time to train just for myself. No dancing today but tricks. I'm so grateful for the online offer by @science-of-slink.bsky.social It invites me to work on the limits of my own "level" without getting under pressure to go beyond that and without risk of ending in boredom.

Today's training: I needed more space than i actually had. Some days I feel comfortable in the tightest rooms and then there are days like today. Give my mind space! 🌬️
