I'm glad to see at least two or three people in this comment section get it. Thank you.

That conventional medicine, psychiatry and the whole diagnosis system is broken. Think for yourself or think how they taught you to think.

I'll be honest with u I've heard like a dozen stories already about doctors telling someone they had X months to live based on science and them outliving this dumb deadline by decades. As if we're ticking bombs. We are humans, not statistics, science sees only statistics, that's why I ignore it.

If you base science as the only viable way to examine reality, then you're right. But I do not.

Right, apologies. This is what I meant.

I fully respect your choice 👍. Everyone has the right to choose the method that they believe works best for them. Agree to disagree.

Please, read what I said again... It went over your head completely.

Well, it might be so. Read about generational trauma.

Learning about science only through scientific literature would be like learning about god through religion, lol. In order to challenge a system, you don't accept it as an infallible foundation of thinking, it kind of misses the point.

It seems like it might be a mix of childhood trauma and genetic factors. But as epigenetics suggests, genes can change. Eliminating too much sensory input is the first step for the brain to heal. Processing ur trauma does wonders and everyone has one, trust me. Think about what happened in ur life.

The first mistake is trusting science like it's objective truth. Science cares about symptoms, sees every disease and disorder as a separate condition that needs a separate cure. That's not true. All the body/mind needs is homeostasis. A balanced lifestyle, emotionally and physically.

It'll probably make u angry, you're arguing in bad faith. You don't know who I am yet you throw accusations. People who don't want to be helped can't be helped. You identify too much with ur ADHD, defend it like a fortress. First step is to be open to alternatives. Then we can talk.

Their research is manipulated, sometimes bribed, sometimes full of baseless assumptions. We're not statistics, we're human beings and our bodies and brains are capable of balancing.

I had extreme attention issues, decision paralysis, OCD, personality disorders, anxiety, hyperactivity, hyperprocrastination. I've therapeurized myself out of them completely without drugs. They sell us lies that we're "incurable" because of what they call "scientific research". But I call bs.
October 4, 2025 at 6:34 PM
They do not "improve" anything, your brain is not "not making neurotransmitters on its own". It's propaganda. One that most people still believe because they can't escape the cultural programming in their minds. They immediately assume better fitting in the system = health. Which is sad really.
October 4, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Your brain is fine. It's the overstimulating nature of society that is hostile to everyone neurodivergent. Pharmaceutical drugs don't heal anything. They force the individual's body to adjust to the demands of the system. You feel better because you perform better in the system. It's that simple.
October 4, 2025 at 2:11 PM
Exactly, this post is bs. There are more diagnoses because the system literally MADE UP the diagnosis criteria. ADHD is not something that exists naturally in the fabric of reality, it's a way of thinking of an existing phenomenon.
