He could have easily just used '되세요' as it is the most common polite speech but tying it with the previous sentence he went for a higher polite form to express his wish with great respect and formality.

but!!! as i tend to point out he chooses to write in high politeness in a lot of his communication to the fans so this isn't completely out of character
