Sausage is a ginger tabby cat, with white cheeks and a white bib. He has big green eyes, and he's looking up at me, mid spin and mid happy miaow. He's nearly standing on his tail in excitement to brush against my legs. And unexpected visit, but a happy one!

Trip to STEAM with the WI!

Wiped me out, but was very enjoyable!
From a glass balcony, a museum-set platform mock up can be seen. At the platform is steam locomotive GWR Class 6000 King George V. She's deep green with a black face and steam chimney, and red buffers.

Rosey is one happy loaf!
Rosey is a long haired brown tabby cat, with green eyes. She's happily sat on the sofa, all legs and tail neatly tucked underneath her. She's looking at the camera, little pink nose twitching. Her tongue is ever so slightly sticking out, making her look a little silly. She's a good girl really, just loves her fuss

Replaced the old, falling apart bird box, and Custard is constantly inspecting it for birds 😂 haven't the heart to tell her the birds are long gone as the bottom dropped out of it in spring before anyone moved in 😂

Custard is a caliby cat, predominantly white, with ginger and grey tabby patches. She's sitting on my right leg, purring away, watching for other cats. She was straight up on my lap today after I sat, and she's not usually like that. She did hiss at my ovaries though.

Found the bat wings in the halloween box, and Custard was curious.

They're a bit big for her, but she seems to love running round the garden with them on, and sitting in the gate out front making schoolchildren laugh.

If the straps come undone, she screams until i fix it 😂

If you followed me on the old place, and remember me posting about the escapades of nextdoor's cat Jasper, very sadly he had to be put to sleep today.

He was an old boy, loved a good sunbathe and the best treats. He'll be very much missed 😭
Jasper was a brown tabby cat, with a dark brown swirl marking, and dark brown M marking on his head. He's sitting on my lap for the first time ever here, snuggled on my purple dressing gown. He was purring so loudly. Jasper would always appear at the backdoor and stare into the kitchen. He was never confident enough to step onto the glow in the dark alien "welcome all species" doormat though. But he did brush his head against the white doorframe and leave a permanent dirt stain 😂 He loved a good box. I'd spend hours building him box forts, and he'd happily sit inside purring away. Any box would do, even one you were still using! Jasper is on the left here, and my old tuxedo cat Sparky on the right. They had a strange relationship, sometimes friends, sometimes each other's nemesis. Here they were walking to the decking, arguing about the F1, as I had it on the radio while enjoying the sun. Sparky died four years ago, but I'd imagine he'd the the first to greet his old friendly sparring partner in the next life.

I asked Theo if he knew someone who'd help prune the catnip stalks now I've picked the leaves to dry 😂
"Do you know someone to help prune?" "I do!" Theo is a ginger tabby, with a stripy tail. He's being cute, looking away from the bushy green catnip plant in my mum's best glossy black plant pot. "I'll get started, shall i?" Theo stuck his face into the mass of stems and got to work. Still going.. He's very much enjoying his bounty of catnip!
