Every amazing GM you see hadn't done it before until they did and voice acting is not a necessary skill.

If the government wants to improve productivity they could do a lot worse than fixing it. We moved for my wife's work and it took 5 months with the house.
We could move again for better jobs but it's so painful we can hardly bear to think about it.

You have to assume it is a suggestion that the government could put pressure on the judiciary to influence their decisions.
I think they probably could, but I really hope they don't. That is not a good way to run things.

I think they have broken a completely idiotic law.
But if I'm arrested and on remand awaiting trial if I go on hunger strike do they just have to let me go? How could you run a justice system like that?

If they starve to death it's awful, if you give in to their demands you are encouraging it, if you force feed them you violate their rights.

I think a year post general fulfillment before closing them and a final email to say if they get in touch within another year you will sort them out.
You don't want to feel like you are robbing anyone but as a customer it's going to be unreasonable to be mad after you ignored reminders for a year

I assumed it was referring to the fact that the indigenous population is tiny.
I suppose it is a matter of timescale but the racial breakdown of the US is by vast majority not people native to North America.

The lack of guidance on when you should expect to have better equipment is rough.
Should I be fully outfitted in tier 2 (levels 2-4) armour and weapon at level 2? At level 4?
Should it be readily available? Expensive? Rare?
