The picture shows a resin model horse ‚Thunderbutt’ sculpted and cast in resin by the American artist Kitty Cantrell. It was painted by Polish artist Julia Staron. The traditional-sized model (scale 1:9) is a fierce and moody Noriker stallion with a gorgeous dark grey-ish appaloosa pattern. The photographs were taken on a field on january 4th, 2025. The pictures were taken with a Canon SLR camera and clearly show the SLR effect with a blurred background. This effect is desired so that the models are clearly in focus and can be seen. The pictures appear rather cold than warm because of the color constellation of the sky in the background on a cold winter day in the german countryside. The second picture is a portrait photo of the first stallion. In the third and fourth picture there appears another modelhorse. Energetic and even more angrily than the first one. Seemingly snapping at the first one who stands proudly his ground but seems yet a bit avoidant. This is a resin model horse sculpted and cast in resin by American artist Debbi LerMond. Painted by German artist Petra Albegger (who retired from painting modelhorses) to a leopard complex appaloosa with very extraordinarily painted details.

„Nelly“
The picture shows a resin model horse modeled and cast by the American equine artist Kylee Parks. It was painted by German artist and author Jana Hoch. The venti-sized model (roughly sized like Schleich horse) is a Gypsy Cob with shaved leg hairs and a fox/gingery(?)-pinto pattern as fur painting. The model has many amazing details both in the sculpting and in the brushstrokes. There are many fine details such as delicate muscle proportions and individually painted hairs. The photographs were taken on November 1st, 2024 on a park path. The pictures were taken with a Canon SLR camera and clearly show the SLR effect with a blurred background. This effect is desired so that the model is clearly in focus. In the picture, a lot of green can be seen from the park plants in the background and from young moss in the ground. These colors really flatter the chestnut-colored paintwork of the model horse and provide a nice contrast. The other pictures in the post are a frontal photograph of the model and two portraits from both sides.
