All I’ve been doing lately is trying to fix my mental health, while working in a stressful environment, while job searching at the same time and it’s been exhausting. Burning a candle at both ends. I needa get outta this hole.

Sometimes certain people are always hurricanes even when it shouldn’t be hurricane season. I feel like they cannot exist in any other form & have to be constantly involved, stirred up, or bothered by some drama that is happening. I will choose to avoid these types & not be taken into their storms.

Got an action plan to try and create serotonin naturally because the meds I was prescribed and took for 3 days turned into a nightmare. Here is my list.

So I’m going to try and listen to more music & see if it helps the anxiety/depression. In the quiet I replay events in my head & worry over them so it’s become a habit energy. I think the only thing to change this is to create new memories & be in the present & not focus on the past anymore.
