After 5 days of The Wolbachia Project we got results! Ss collected bug splatter, isolated & purified their 🧬, amplified the 🧬 w/ PCR, & viewed the 🧬 w/ electrophoresis. Now we send the samples out to ID the bugs & species of Wolbachia. Thanks @wolbachiaproj.bsky.social & MiniOne Systems!
