we already see that he’s capable of fond attachment (niffty 🪳) and i think he’s genuine when he says that he finds charlie’s spirit and conviction to be entertaining. so will it take almost betraying her to realize that he’s ACTUALLY fond of her and doesn’t want to cause her harm?

in all seriousness tho, i’m really excited to see him show his true face and desires next season and how it may conflict with feelings he’s subconsciously developed for the people he’s been living with for the past year.
