sometimes I just want the freedom of being a freelancer but I also want the stability of having a stable full-time work... thankfully it seems that my new workplace will have total flexibility while the pay is so much higher

tbh I’m surprised that Level 5 had not faced backlash until this winter in the western world. They proudly announced that they’re using gen AI (Stable Diffusion and ChatGPT) for Inazuma Eleven and Yokai Watch two years ago.

there really is no respect for the employees here and I'm glad I'm gonna be leaving this place for hopefully a better one I just hope my last payroll won't be late like usual 😕

I know a lot of artists struggle to make money from their craft, but if your main motivator is "clicks" and "engagements", I don't think you know what your art really is...
