I'm not fully sure what causes the issue, but my animation nodes setup has all indexes locked to 0, and I can't change them back.
It makes it unable to parse JSONs generated by Toon Boom, so the camera just stops working.

Finally bought an optical fiber cable for my sound system. I was stuck with a busted Bluetooth speaker that kept hissing, so now I can finally work normally again.

So I managed to take out the lens from the assembly cleanly.
I'm not fully sure, but I might be able to simply glue the lens adapter on top of the original camera assembly instead of having to 3D print a case for it.
I'll have to order a lens and battery first, however.

Good news, we found Yule log cake after all. I know we're after Christmas but everything else in the world is in a state of chaos, so I'm not gonna complain.

It's a weird layout. The theater extends to the left of the mall area, but you need to take stairs and walk above the entrance area to reach the four smaller rooms.
I don't fully know how it came to be, but I think this wasn't part of the original theater and they had to expand with what they had.

The polygon count went from 32k to 1.3 millions. Quite a lot in ten years.
Thanks to instancing, the full Canterlot model is around 14 million polygons, I'm trying to keep it reasonable since I'll be stuck with my current configuration for a while.
