A lot of the burnout and unprofessionalism stems from taking too much c0mms just to make rent, but they don’t charge enough to actually make it without overbooking. also many of them don’t act like they haven’t worked an actual job before so they don’t know how to even operate a business???

a lot of big CCs started off with having jobs to support them when they were still growing and income wasn’t reliable from their hobby yet. it was only when they could afford to quit did they become a full time CC
