i managed to Not Hurt Quite So Much long enough to draw something (very quickly) after several days, but unfortunately for everyone: it's just synthi doing the usual

this is from the beginning of november when i was still getting used to using krita since SAI 2 has a weird memory bug under wine that makes it unusable at the resolutions i work with

more ported-to-krita-from-sai2 brush testing (i called this brush "chunky gravel" because it was meant to imitate gravel/bark/other rough blocky texture things, but it also works okay as a "cheater" brush for impressionist-esque paint dabs in a pinch)

i think this counts as a proper test of krita, and aside from a few more brush port-overs i'm ready to get (back) to work on some Actual Work i started in SAI2 (which was thankfully still small enough file size-wise that i can open it and export it as a PSD or something)
