i think the point of this is to ensure that no patient does trust them, and since as i understand it this facility has a monopoly on trans healthcare over there this will disincentivize trans people from coming out and seeking treatment at all.

the most frustrating part about this is that the only candidate who has ever beaten Trump was Biden who ran with a pretty progressive platform! Sure, he turned his back on basically all of that, but he at least pretended!
