So this is this week's painting, from pencil sketch at location Saturday, watercolour wash at location Sunday then posca detail at home all week until tonight.
In the foreground the tops of trees rise from a lower level. At the middle level trees and hedges are cut by light and walkways against an enclosing wall, and behind them a towerblock rises in the distance

The year I drew for birthday cards. This is a sulphur-crested cockatoo. Maybe a little cuddlier than an actual cockatoo.
