It seems to that if Trump can violate the constitution at will, the people should be able to incorporate/change some terms (literally), but I guess there are some billionaires who are anti Trump, that'll never happen.

Actually, it's the super rich who hold the power. In order to tax the rich, you have to pass legislation, which is done by semi-rich politicians, operating for/with/under the auspices of the super rich...hoping to achieve that status themselves.
