Having just read all of Young Justice '98, I gotta say, I really love Red Tornado here.

Red Tornado speaking: People, this is most enthralling, and I could go on talking to you for several more minutes more before yielding to the desire to bash my head in with a large rock. However, let us instead stay on topic. Red Tornado speaking as he looks at the young heroes Empress and Impulse: And I see we have an addition to the team. Was she subjected to a rigorous background check, an exacting series of standardized tests designed to measure her powers, and a sequence of personality interviews to determine her mental fitness? Impulse, feet up and leaning back i to a couch: Nah. We just let her in. Red Tornado: Oh, good. I was worried things had changed. Two panels from Young Justice '98. First panel focuses on Red Tornado's face as he speaks: A young girl with enough power to suck the entirety of the world into limbo has gone berserk... and your best judgement was to use this as a learning experience for a group of teenagers? A speech bubble from the off-panel Snapper Carr replies: More or less, yeah. Second panel, Red Tornado leans close to Snapper's face and points a finger at him. Red Tornado: Snapper... Secret is Not going to haul you into her vortex of oblivion... Snapper: No? Red Tornado: No. Because I am going to throw you in myself.
