ALSO a fun thing i learned from my gym classes, i guess typically the more ppl weigh, the more calories they burn off while working out. its a small thing, but being on the heavier side myself it makes me feel better when i'm doing a workout or even just out walking

-and do my best to avoid eating *too* much. i'm not perfect at it, but i think i've gotten so much better at giving myself a bit more self control when it comes to food. i'm not willing to cut out all the delicious foods i enjoy for the sake of keeping weight off tho lol.

i feel one thing that seems to help for me personally (of course idk if its relevant to you or not) is trying to cut back on how much i eat. i don't try to 'diet' or fully keep track of calories, i love junky food way too much, but i have been trying to be more mindful of how much i eat in a day-

idk if i have any real good useful advice. at the end of the day i really don't know how a lot of fitness and weight loss in the body works, and to my understanding all bodies also work so differently.

i LOVE da orks, so i picked out and bruti got me this mini as an early b-day gift and i'm gonna sit with him and do some building today after he's done his nap 🩵

went back for them when bruti and i went to pick up our meds 🩵🩵 so cute and soft and perfectly shaped 🩵🩵

ALSO i have no plans to invest in and play warhammer, but i wanted to get a mini to build and paint anyhow. bruti has been going hard with warhmmmer so we looked at models at the game store

-through the wash for me and i have it back at my apartment now, and thankfully seems to be fine. SO what i'm saying is i'm holding out hope that yours will hopefully wash up nicely too <3
