Today is January 6, the anniversary of the felon/GOP’s violent insurrection trying to stop the peaceful transfer of power in the 2020 election! We remember 140 officers who were injured & those who lost their lives due to the attack on the Capitol! Hold all involved in the insurrection accountable!

We had a dinner party tonight. My wife & I hosted our trans niece & her partner & my wife’s trans friend & his husband. Some of our friends were miffed that they weren’t invited, but tonight was about community and support. We love them so and they are worried abt Jan 20. It was a beautiful night. ❤️

I’m a 35-year theater nerd, and somehow I’ve never seen Wicked. Some serious life things got in the way. I knew some of the soundtrack. I saw the movie today, and I am team Elphaba all the way. That is all. Woooof… as a gay Gen Xer, soooo much of that hit too close to home.
