Today may be the last day of September, but suicide prevention can’t be confined to a month. We must keep shining a light on the hidden wounds of war, including PTS(D) & moral injury, both of which are strongly correlated to suicide among veterans and defenders.

This Blue Bird drone detector has a video signal detector that shows drones before the human eye can see them, giving defenders a chance to respond. It’s tiny, but will save lives!

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Suicide is a wound of war. Raising awareness may not seem like much, but it does matter. Understanding the struggles of PTS(D) and moral injury is one way we can all help. Both have a strong correlation to suicide among veterans and defenders.
