I think so! We’ve identified those within our school & designed our curriculum around them but I feel that in many schools having to cover eg 8 history topics in KS2 means other subjects suffer or that the history isn’t covered in enough detail for chn to actually gain from it. Just a moan of mine🤣

We’re forced to cover too much in the NC. I think we need to go back to the drawing board & focus on what key aspects of knowledge children need in primary to be able to take with them to secondary. Cut back on the amount to cover and refocus on the depth of what we teach in every subject.

3. CPD for staff and funding for mental health school services

They are all gorgeous! We have two dogs (Alfie and Peggy) but would love a tortoise! Not sure I would know how to look after them though so not ready to adopt one just yet!! #EduPets
