A estranged friend of mine, Koi-Koi, used to get shit like that aimed at her, presumably because she was confident and transgender.

Her go-to response for both yucky flirting and threats was to say, "Stop roleplaying, homie."

People usually got really embarrassed. Especially if it was semi-public.

They've kept a tiny northernmost sliver of it as water, but it is effectively too salty to support biodiversity.

There are no meaningful plans to restore it and, instead, initiatives hope to grow tree windbreaks to contain the dustbowl of toxic sand that used to be the seafloor...
