I found out last year that making the roast the night before and letting it sit over night makes it taste so ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
My Thanksgiving prep always goes like this:
The day before I make the greens (because they always taste better the next day anyways) and the dressing.
Tomorrow I make the baked mac, ham, and smothered turkey wings (this is a new addition), and rolls.
It’s only 2.5 people eating all this food lol
