also i was 16 during the 30 hr weeks
screenshot saying "if you care about the community or helping out the community, do not give your money to Old Navy, or Gap Inc in general. this includes Gap, Gap Outlets, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. they just fired me because i gave my employee discount out to homeless/not well off people, costing them a total of: (drum roll please) $137.75. this is a multi billion dollar corporation upset over what is pennies to them, like, as of friday they have a net worth of $8.59 billion, which is a 23.95% increase from last year. so yeah, don't give to greedy corporations. also don't work there, it's not worth it. at one point they had me scheduled 30 hours a week and literally paid $14.50/hr, which isn't bad but also like cmon
