If your church or organisation wants to provide housing for staff or volunteers, we’d love to help. Mission Housing offers a Second Charge option to churches and Christian organisations purchasing property to house their workers. The church owns the property and may secure a mortgage (first charge).

Our primary approach when helping house our associates, is through Shared Ownership. Should you apply to Mission Housing, & your application is accepted, you’ll need to contribute at least 25%(to 75%) of the property’s purchase price with your deposit & mortgage(with at least 10% being your deposit)
