It's stunning in its cowardice. Carving out the ACA for negotiation just about the time open enrollment is over ... with absolutely nothing else in the bill to leverage the Republicans ... it's doomed to fail. The GOP is laughing tonight. And I'm readying to pay $1150/mo for a marginal Bronze plan.
