I’m 60 next year. About a year ago. I had a terrible fear of becoming a scruffy old frump and I’m determined to fight against it. I’m doubling down on exercise & healthy eating and also trying to strengthen my joints/muscles/mobility. I don’t want to be weak/ill in older age earlier than I have to

I’ve only recently discovered Me + Em. They’re really expensive & not normally something I would buy but the dress I bought for my stepdaughter’s wedding was theirs. They are beautifully made & suit my figure. I have a short body/long legs and straight up & down. They give you curves.

I suppose in a way I have it easier because I can just say I can’t eat any of that I’m diabetic and no one argues with me. I know you’re trying not to become diabetic. You can’t be good all the time but as you say, you want to choose when you have your treats and what you eat
